Hi, I'm Hannah
I am a registered midwife, nurse, and mother to two beautiful young children. Starting my nursing career in 2012, I knew I wanted to work with women, and my passion for women's health really took off when I began working as a midwife in 2017. I bring experience from working within the hospital system, supporting women and families throughout pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period. After discovering the importance of internal pelvic release work through my own pregnancies, I knew I wanted to undertake the Internal Pelvic Release Work Mentoring Program to help share this knowledge and profound work with other women. I am passionate about pelvic health, reducing birth trauma, and supporting women in connecting with some of the most important parts of their bodies. Whether you are planning a pregnancy, are pregnant and preparing for birth, recovering from injury or trauma, or curious about your pelvic goods and seeking a holistic approach to pelvic health, I provide a nurturing environment to empower and support you.
I am grateful to have trained with Fiona Hallinan in her 2024 Interal Pelvic Release Work Mentorship

Internal Pelvic Release Work (IPRW)
All organs in the body are harmoniously supported by a network of soft tissues. The pelvis, serving as the bony protector of a woman’s internal organs, is supported by a complex network of ligaments, fascia, and muscles that help stabilise the bladder, bowel, and womb. As with all other areas of the body, the soft tissues of the pelvic space can hold tension, whether consciously or unconsciously. Internal Pelvic Release Work (IPRW) uses tender touch and directed breathing to connect with these ligaments, fascia and muscles through the back wall of the vagina. The process invites the tissues to sigh, releasing tension. When tissues sigh, space is created and flow is encouraged.
Internal Pelvic Release work can be helpful for:
Preparing for birth
Healing from birth
Painful scars
Pelvic pain or trauma
Painful sex
Concerns about your pelvic floor
Curiosity and wanting to know more about your pelvic goods
